These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sportfolio mobile application ("the App"), operated by Callum Gorrell ("we", "us", or "our"). By using Sportfolio, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Sportfolio. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your profile, including honest age and gender information, as these are used to calculate your demographic rankings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Sportfolio offers a free tier and a Pro subscription that unlocks additional sports and features. Pro is available as a monthly auto-renewable subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Sportfolio (performance logs, profile information, challenge activity). By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it within the App for the purpose of providing the service.
We do not claim ownership of your athletic data.
The Sportfolio app, including its design, ranking system, benchmark data, and all associated content, is owned by Callum Gorrell. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Sportfolio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that rankings and benchmarks will be accurate for all users. Athletic performance data and rankings are for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional fitness or medical advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Callum Gorrell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Sportfolio. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data from our systems. Active subscriptions should be cancelled through your Apple ID settings before deleting your account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
